Project Overview
This interactive Power BI dashboard was developed to simulate a BlinkIt-style retail analytics platform, offering real-time insights into sales, inventory distribution, and outlet performance. The dashboard is designed to support regional managers, marketing teams, and operations by making complex data visually digestible and actionable.
Project Objective
To create a single-pane view of BlinkIt’s performance across different locations, outlet types, and product categories, using dynamic filtering and cross-functional KPIs to drive quick, data-backed decisions.
